Registration

Registration is required for all attendees of the event.

A participant is considered registered if pays the registration fee.

Important notes:

The conference is intended to be held as a HYBRID EVENT. Please find bellow the corresponding conference fees.

If the pandemic situation will close the borders or affect the participants mobility, the conference will be held mostly as an ONLINE EVENT. The supplementary fee of 25 Euros for the second paper is canceled.

Participants from R.Moldova are invited to pay the conference fee directly to Faculty of Power and Electrical Engineering, Moldovan Technical University of Chisinau (contact: Ilie Nuca, Conference Co-chair).

Full fee, non-IEEE members	150 EUR (750 RON / 3.150 MLD)	Includes attendance at all scientific on-site / on-line programs as well the IEEExplore indexing fee for one paper. Authors wishing to present a second paper must pay an additional IEEExplore indexing fee of 25 euro (125 RON/ 525 MLD). The on-site participants will benefit of gala dinner, refreshments and coffee breaks. The Proceedings will be provided on a memory stick for on-site participants, respectively as a link for downloading for online participants.
Full fee, IEEE members or grantable on legitimate demand	100 EUR (500 RON / 2.100 MLD)
Reduced fee, PhD students	75 EUR (375 RON / 1.575 MLD)
Accompanying persons	50 EUR (250 RON / 1.050 MLD)	Includes participation to gala dinner, refreshments and coffee breaks.

Payment can be made at the conference desk for the on-site participants, respectively by bank transfer. The registration fee by bank transfer must be paid no later than October 5th, 2021.
